Our Guarantee to You
2catchafly insists that projects are finished to the satisfaction of the client. We strive to ensure that our design and build is exactly what you are looking for. To this end, we simply ask that clients be as forthcoming and communicative as possible in regard to the specification of their project. Most significantly, a strong outline of the desired look and feel of the site would be most beneficial, stated clearly at the design stage. If a design has been seen, acknowledged, and moved ahead to the HTML build of the site then this constitutes an approved design. Going back on this approval is liable to (but not certain to) incur extra costs not originally quoted for, or trade off the extent of work in other aspects of the site to balance time spent, due to this activity constituting a rebuild of the project.

Payment policy
For quotes under £500 we require payment up front. For quotes over £500 we require a deposit of 50% up front and the balance to be provided on completion. In cases where the client wishes a site to be put live online, be it in a complete or incomplete state, then balance is due and work can continue on the site until completion. No work will be put live online nor final draft of design or art work to be handed over until full payment is made. In cases where 2catchafly has compelted all work required by the client, such as a design and full HTML build, and a period of 30 has lapsed awaiting content or contact from the client, then final payment is also due. Enforcement of this policy not mandatory but ensures that in cases of extreme or unreasonable delay we are not liable for costs incurred when third parties stall over provision of content, approval of material, or changing of deadlines.

Delivery policy
Due to the nature of the product and services we provide there is no specific delivery policy. This is due mainly to the intangible nature of our services. We do however commit to supply our product or services within an agreed timescale and to the location/server of your choice operational limitations allowing. This will be detailed and agreed with you in your specific individual contract with oursleves.

Currency
Our currency of choice is sterling however we will accept other stable currencies at an agreed exchange rate on contracts that necessitate this requirement. Please contact one of our team if this is one of your requirements.

Cancellation policy
We do give our clients the right to terminate the relationship with our company at any time, however we reserve the right to charge for any works undertaken which have not already been invoiced or paid for. In addition we also reserve the right to charge for any third party costs incurred by 2catchafly on behalf of you the client. We also reserve the right to suspend hosting services in cases of non-payment and terminate hosting in advance of a scheduled date in lieu of other unpaid products or services at a rate of £10 per month. We reserve the right to terminate hosting immediately if a client no longer wishes to continue using our products and services and no schedule has been agreed as to the cancellation

Once again, due to the nature of the products and services we supply it is very difficult to provide comprehensive terms and conditions that will cover your dealings with our company. However we have endeavoured to give an indication to how certain things will be dealt with.
